This software developer shall be co-developing the BioPlex 200 host software with the Bio-Rad Israel team but will be located in Benicia. This software developers main responsibility shall be in the area of database design and development.Requirements:B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent.Experience: 4-5 years in professional software engineering in C++ for database development. Software development of a commercial product for FDA regulated product. SQL Server 2000 and 2005 software development in C++ on a Microsoft Windows environment. Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.Skills: The qualified candidate will work with a small team of software developers along with a group of off-shore software developers. Together the group will maintain and develop the host software for a clinical diagnostics instrument. The position requires an extensive background in Visual Studio, C++, and SQL 2000/2005. The position will require a strong willingness to learn new domains and a self-starting personality. Additional desired experience with .NET and XML.df-tc
