Description
Adecco Technical is currently seeking a Software Developer for one of our clients in Irvine, CA. This is a direct-hire position. Requirements: BS in Computer Science or related field 5 years of experience in software development Must have strong working knowledge of C, C++, SQL, Switching (PBX/ACD) functionality Windows Programming Service application programming and MFC, Java, and web programming. Network application and web programming as well as relational database systems experience are required. Must be able to work independently and be a team player. Must have the ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors. Responsibilities: This position will be required to develop a new switch in support of the SQL based platform which is a windows-based application that utilizes multi-threading programming and operates in a client-server environment. This new switch will need to provide the features and functionalities that are currently available in our existing platform plus include enhancements for supporting both VoIP and Web ACD queuing functionality as well as developing new capabilities that are possible with this new platform. In addition to new development programming, this position will be required to develop the Product and Design Specifications for any new development. Additional responsibilities will include the performance of functional testing of the code for quality assurance purposes as well as providing sustaining engineering and support responsibilities for this platform. Thus providing responsibility for the complete life cycle for this product. Only local candidates will be considered.
