Description
We're looking for a leading-edge web technologist to support large scale eCommerce applications. As a senior developer the candidate will be expected to take the lead on discrete development projects, provide direction and mentoring to junior developers, develop accurate level-of-effort estimates, and manage task schedules. Will work closely with the architecture team to maintain design and process integrity across the enterprise.

Qualifications:
2+ years Strong server-side Java programming experience and an understanding of Java programming best practices
Familiarity with front-end user interfaces and JSP programming techniques
SQL experience and knowledge of Oracle databases and database integration
Proven ability to design, develop, unit test, and debug efficient, maintainable code in short time frames
Proficiency in troubleshooting and detail-oriented problem diagnosis
Experience working with cross-functional business and development teams in a fast-paced, agile software development environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to assist in defining functional requirements
Strong communication skills; ability to discuss and explain technical concepts to business customers and end users
Self motivation and high energy
