For this position, you will bring your experience as a Software Design Engineer to this world-renowned software company!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and gathering large amounts of visual reference material
  • Locating hard-to-find cars
  • Coordinating arrangements for vehicle photo shoots
  • Taking vehicle photos/videos and capturing detailed car measurements
  • Using databases and spreadsheets to track project data, progress, and licensing approvals
  • Compiling, organizing, and tracking car research data
  • Capturing and editing video of in-game assets for manager approval
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining visual reference libraries
  • Maintaining asset naming conventions
  • Tracking and delivering visual reference to external art teams
  • Preparing detailed reference delivery documents
  • Maintaining accuracy and visual quality of art content
  • Ensuring all video game content is licensed and approved

Experience/Skills
  • 1+ years related work experience
  • Background in photography
  • Experience in asset management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Knowledge/Passion for cars and motor sports is a plus
