Position Description:

Supports custom applications used in the financial environment for reporting, data gathering, or communication activities. Gather user requirements, translates business requirements into technical specs. Evaluates potential impact of application changes or new custom applications, documents custom applications and changes to existing custom applications. Communicates information between end users, internal staff, system developers, and application vendors. Supports Business Liaisons and helps facilitate communication. May develop Ad Hoc reports as required.

Supports custom applications used in the organization for reporting, data gathering or communication activities.

Evaluates potential impact of new custom application, documents custom applications and changes to existing custom applications.

Communicates information between end-users, internal staff, system developers, and applications vendors. Works closely with business liaison positions to facilitate communication.

Maintain system records.

Develop Ad Hoc reports as required.

Coordinate or perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience: * 3 years experience in Software Development. Experience with a financial organization with retail or commercial experience.

Education: * Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Skills: * Strong business analysis and project leadership/management skills. Good presentation and problem solving skills. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Maintain a professional appearance and be able to travel to all office and service providers. Extensive knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new computer software easily. Must know Microsoft Windows (1), including Word, Excel, and Electronic Mail.
