Description
The Engineering Department of his fast-growing controls manufacturer needs an experienced Software Development Engineer. Must have a solid working knowledge in s/w architecture design, source code creation & maintenance, software tools and language selection, and software configuration management. Understanding of PC hardware and operating systems required. Experience with Window OS and multiple languages: C, C++, Assembly, and Basic are essential. Knowledge and experience with control theory, diesel/gas engines and generator set experience is a Plus; English fluency required. Must be able to manage projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision. Occasional domestic and international travel required. Quals: BS in s/w engrg (minimum); 5+ years in ind'l software design.df-tc
