What you need for this position:
5 plus years of technical Product Development experience, building a successful commercial software product
Experience managing technical operations, project planning and a development pipeline through the full project life cycle
Good understanding of software architecture and best practices to design flexible, scalable, and secure systems.
Working knowledge of traditional and agile development methodologies and how/when to apply them.
General knowledge of systems (eg various programming languages, databases, system and network architectures, design patterns, etc.).
Strong hands-on technical skills including Winforms development, C#, database design and SQL
Strong team-leader and peer with excellent communication and written skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage expectations, priorities and focus in a rapidly evolving environment
Technical degree (BSCS, BSEE or similar) required.

What you'll be doing:
On a daily basis, the Software Engineering Manager manages and maintains the product life cycle including definition, development, deployment and administrative responsibilities of each product introduced into our Framework Suite.
Responsibilities Include
Co-authoring and management of the Framework Roadmap
Platform Design, Architecture & Development Strategies
Strategic Framework Planning in support of new industry trends and growth as it relates to functional and technical integration and development
All Technical and Functional design, function, development, architecture and operational documentation and resource materials
Resource planning and vendor identification/validation
Co-management and authoring of Project Planning documentation and tracking
Complete and On-time, on-budget delivery of solutions
