- Bachelor-s degree in computer science, business, or related field is required. Professional work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Minimum of seven years of managing mid- to large-systems application development preferably in the health plan industry.
- Minimum of five years managing enterprise applications. Business Analysts and Developers (Programmers).

Special Skills & Knowledge:

- Staff management skills

- Client relationship management experience

- Project management skills

- Application development leadership skills

- SQL and Microsoft development framework (.net, VB) skills
