Experience/Skills
Minimum Requirements of the Software Development Manager:BSCS or equivalent, and a minimum of five years in industry Experience with Agile software development (or Extreme Programming) is required.Personnel management skills, and an ability to manage multiple small teams.Experience with the management of Java or .Net systems is required, with both preferred. Experience with Web services development is preferred.
