CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Software Distribution Analyst!

The Software Distribution Analyst works with the customer and account focal points to define the requirements of the software distribution request, including target lists and scheduling. The analyst will query databases to identify the target audience, perform Electronic Software Distributions, remediate any pc's that failed to receive the distribution, and produce reports for each distribution. The analyst will also monitor the health of end-users workstations via tools available and create/provide reporting for completed tasks. Experience in performing electronic software
distributions utilizing standard tools (e.g., Tivoli, SMS, LanDesk, Radia, EverDream, etc.) is required. Prior experience and knowledge of the LanDesk and/or EverDream tools is preferred.

Work Shift: 1st shift
Weekend coverage is not required.
Does not need to be on-call
Travel is not required.
Work Location: HAZELWOOD, MOdf-tc
