Our client in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Software engineer for Homeland Security software applications. These applications use the Microsoft SQL Server, Visual C++, and C Sharp. As a member of a cross functional team, the selected individual will participate in the full software development life cycle while supporting cost and schedule constraints. With minimum supervision, the engineer will analyze and allocate requirements, design and implement software for the allocated requirements, define and document test procedures, test and integrate the developed software, and support systems acceptance testing in the field. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is preferred. At least five years of proven experience in software requirements analysis, software design, relational database design, and software integration and test.
