Join Kronos' IBM Solutions Division as a software engineer in our Cleburne, Texas office.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop front-end Web applications
* Create application design and code based on requirement specifications
* Produce detailed design and documented code using appropriate modeling and development tools
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment

Required Knowledge and Skills
* 3+ years of Java programming experience
* Web GUI design
* HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Struts, XML
* Object-oriented design using UML
* Oracle, SQLServer
* Extensive software development process knowledge (SDLC)
* Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
* Windows, Solaris, AIX environments
* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
* Good verbal and written communication skills
