Position Details
Our client's Communications Division is seeking a highly motivated, team orientated software engineer to join a dynamic, growing, high technology engineering organization that designs leading edge embedded communications and cryptographic products.
This position will develop network communications software that executes on an embedded real time operating system (RTOS).

Experience/Skills
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Computer Engineering is required.
2 - 3 years of experience developing real-time embedded software in C or C++.
Experience developing software for microprocessor based embedded applications using C or C++ is required.
Experience using a real time operating system such as Green Hills Integrity or VxWorks (preferred)
Experience designing & developing software for TCP/IP based network devices (preferred)
Experience/knowledge of Capability Maturity Model (CMM)/Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) systems and software development process (preferred)
Experience writing Network Device Drivers and/or Board Support Packages (preferred)
Experience with OOA/OOD software development methodology (preferred)
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
