Software Engineer IILocation: Fremont, CAJob Description:Responsibilities:*
  • Development of EDA software tools for memory IP compiler design.*
  • Will work closely work with internal memory design teams, supporting and helping them in the use of these software tools*
  • Sometimes will also work directly on memory compiler development projects to understand the engineering flows and methodologies that need to be automated or help in deployment of new software features and flows*
  • Will work on interpolation, data analysis and numerical algorithms; derating techniques, waveform algebra/calculus, SPICE simulators integration, parsers, GUI development, support of new industry standard EDA formatsQualifications:*
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development*
  • Bachelors/Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering required*
  • Experience in Unix, C required*
  • Experience in Tcl, CVS, Qt, Java, lex/yacc, VLSI design, desirable*
  • Exposure to circuit characterization software development and/or circuit simulation using SPICE simulators is a plus.df-tc
