Description
Adecco Technical is seeking three (3) Software Engineers (Java)for one of our clients located in Denver. This is a 6-month contract project. No H1-B Sponsorship is available for this project. Local Candidates Only! Responsibilities: Develop designs based on use cases and architecture specs Java development with at least 2 years of experience Develop software application code based on design documentation Prepare and execute test scripts for unit testing Participate in code reviews with core development team Revise code after code reviews Perform bug fixing and maintenance of released software applications Qualifications/Requirements: Business Objects experience - this is an essential skill the client is requiring Experience developing products with Business Objects applications Familiarity with both Microsoft Windows and web based software development. Worked on a large software project with 3 or more developers for 9 or more months Designed complex object-oriented applications from requirements documents Developed object-oriented software components from design documents Full life cycle product development experience Experience developing software from UML diagrams Desired: Development of user friendly menus and user interfaces Knowledge of software development processes (Requirements - Design - Development - Testing etc). Knowledge of formal software design theory Utility industry experience General: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Able to take direction from team lead and write to specifications provided Enthusiastic about learning new technologies Great teamwork, technical writing, and communication skills Highly motivated, self-starter, exceeds expectations, innovative thinker Passionate about producing high quality software applications Education: B.S. in relevant field, or equivalent experience To Apply: 1.
