Software Engineer - Market Connectivity (Java and C++)My client is looking for experienced market connectivity developers for their office in Chicago. The Software Engineer will quickly take on a responsibility developing exchange connections (both order routing and market data) in a challenging environment where customers expect very high performance and where the volume of data is growing very rapidly. Experience/Skills
3+ years experience developing in Java and C++. Also, 3+ years experience of market connectivity development with major market API’s or interfaces – North American markets are of particular interest (especially CME and CBOE), but experience other major world exchanges is also of interest. FIX protocol experience, CME Globex iLink and FIX/FAST experience a plus. 5+ years experience in commercial software development also a plus. Must have strong communication skills as well.
