Software Engineer Needed In Sierra Vista

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for Software Engineer with a leading company in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

The Software Engineer designs, develops, and implements applications to automate standards conformance testing in support of the National Imagery Transmission Format (NITF) Standard. Incumbent analyzes and determines informational needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, proposed manipulations, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities.

The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position:
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of related programming experience; an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. Required languages are C# and XML. Must work well in a team environment and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to create use cases that meet customer requirements. Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a US Government issued Secret security clearance within a timeframe set forth by management.

Experience in the following areas are considered assets:
Experience in JAVA, HTML, ASP, and Pearl. Other useful languages include C , JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, Flash, etc. Current/active Secret clearance or higher.

Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:
Strong oral and written communication and math skills. T&E/OT&E event planning/execution experience. Familiar with National Technical Means, Future Imagery Architecture, and Advanced Geospatial-Intelligence Processing. Military Service in Intelligence and/or Imagery. Top Secret/SCI clearance.
