Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Redondo Beach, CATerms: W2, ContractRates: Up to $80/hrDuration: ASAP 12 WeeksDescription/Comment: PeopleSoft HRMS SQR Developer NOTE: Citizenship and Drug Screens Required Skills Summary:Software Engineer Intermediate 4.0 Years Required PeopleSoft PeopleCode Expert 5.0 Years Required PeopleSoft PeopleTools Expert 5.0 Years Required Role: Perform duties as Technical Developer for a PeopleSoft HRMS conversion effort. Specifically this role will be to perform as a PeopleCode / PeopleTools Developer for system modification and or conversion efforts. The selected candidate must be able to: ? Understand the current state by reviewing the existing application code and program logic ? Convert Business requirements into technical design/program specifications ? Modify existing production code to meet new business rules/policies ? Develop new system code to implement new projects ? Perform code walkthroughs ? Unit test new/modified code ? Work with tester/End Users in completing User Acceptance ? Work with DBA staff to migrate code changes to production environment

Requirements:

Requirements: ? Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft relative to HRMS (PeopleTools v8.2 and Application v8.3) ? Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS applications; ? Problem solving and implementation abilities. ? Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills ? Ability to develop clear procedures and explain complex technical issues in laymen terms ? Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work in a team environment and exercise sound judgment ***Required: Candidate must have passed Certified Drug Test and Background Check prior to start date. ***Required: Candidate must be U.S. Citizen.
