Description
CISSP with experience evaluating, reporting, and proposing solutions implementing digital signatures in Oracle 9i relational database systems and enterprise applications (such as PeopleSoft). Experience using various security protocols related to web services such as Digital Signature, Digital Certificates, PKI, XML DSIG, SML Encryption, S/MIME, SSL etc. in proposing solutions to management that meet current and future requirements.

Cryptography and cryptographic protocols, Mandatory Access Control (TE and RBAC), SSH, Key Management, IPsec, PKI, smart cards, PAM, UNIX system security, Intrusion Detection, system logging, firewall experience.

Knowledge of Portal, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft EPM, Enterprise WebLogic, a plus.



Preferred Experience:

-Security architecture, tools and products

-Oracle as a developer and preferably as a DBA

-UML skills (OO modeling using UML representation - static and dynamic modeling)

-Understanding of Object and Data Modeling

-Use of JBoss Application Server, Gradkell Systems DBSign, PeopleSoft and SQR/Crystal report development tools



Thorough understanding and hands on experience:

- Various messaging architecture and technologies

- Web services technologies-protocols, standards (SOAP, WSDL, etc.)

- Implementation of Digital Signature on an Enterprise level

- Various XML standards such as XML, XSD, DTD, XPath and XSLT

-Object Oriented programming techniques

-SQL, PL/SQL, Java and J2EE development (JSPs, Servlets, EJBs) tools and techniques

- IT Strategy and Architecture

- IT Incident Investigation and Response

- IT Policy Generation and Enforcement

- Strong Authentication System Operation - RSA Security

- Vulnerability Scanning and Exploit Demonstration

- Interprise level Design and Implementation experience



Education: Bachelors of Science in Computer Science Specializing in Computer Security or related field such as Mathematics



Experience: 5-9 years of practical experience.
