Description
Must be local. No relocation. Must have a cuurent Top Secret Poly.

Must have a bachelors degree or advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, engineering or other related discipline
Must have at least five years in software intensive projects and programs for Government or Industry customers.
Experience as a Software Engineer supporting software architecture development, requirements analysis, process development and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, integration (with both new and legacy systems), or standards support
Intelligence Community experience is desired
A Masters Degree may substitute for two years of experience
Knowledge of CMMI is highly desired

Position Description:
Develops and documents software processes in support of organizational business and missions objectives and aligned with enterprise processes
Provides software engineering support in the implementation of processes
Assists in evaluating impacts of proposed processes, including training requirements
Assists in evaluating software engineering processes, analytically and systematically, to address problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and developing appropriate corrective action
Supports Enterprise standards activities including the development of standards profiles regarding applicable software standards and the review of system acquisition activities to ensure compliance with and adherence to stated policies and standards
