Software Engineer - VoD

What you need:
* Bachelor's degree (or Assoc. w/related exp) in Computer Science, Comp. Eng. or EE
* 10+ years programming experience on diverse platforms
* Strong C/C++ pgm skills w/assembly language knowledge (x386/MMX/SSE, MIPS)
* Experience dev multi-process/threaded applications rather than just libraries
* Passion for writing fast, reliable and efficient code
* Knowledge of image/video/audio coding stds, JPEG, AAC, H.264/AVC, MPEG stds
* Experience with routers, Switches and media gateways
* Ability to take initiative, work independent and with Team
* excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

What you'll be doing:
* Work on a variety of client and server-side applications and solutions
* Interpreting & enhancing existing systems for new features & perf improvements
* Working with QA to track problems, debug, regression test and close issues
