As a Software Engineer for this well known, dynamic company successful candidate will serve as a consultant to the Senior Standards Analyst, the Access and Authentication Technology Division Manager and the Deputy Division Manager. The position comprises rapid response to practical standards issues that most immediately affect the smart card program and PIP; R&D on future smart card technologies.
Operating Systems: Experience with smart cards (preferably java cards)
Software: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Java programming libraries and API. Experience with analysis of data structures, protocols, and APIs
Java Interface specifications, Biometric technology, PKI infrastructure, UML, IDL or other modeling languages.
