Description
Qualitek Services has a 6months + contract for a Software Engineer with ASP.NET/ClearCase/Java/UNIX/Oracle experience in Melbourne, FL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop application in support of Operation business requirements. Work very closely with the team leader and the functional users to determine and deliver timely solutions. Deliver applications to the Functional users satisfaction.

Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS: Requires strong application development experience (minimum 2 years) using ASP.NETaccessing Oracle databases housed on UNIX servers (minimum 3 years). Experience with PL/SQL, and UNIX and Java scripting desired. Good understanding of Web based and two/three tier applications using Wintel and UNIX required. Change management experience with ClearCase (minimum 1 year) or relevant CM experience needed. Must be familiar with software life cycle development methodologies. Good organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and a willingness to work independently and with teams are essential.Must demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail under tight deadlines. Must have the skills to identify systemic problems and to provide solutions.
