Description
Job entails and requires experience in analyzing requirements to research, compute and determine feasibility of design, development and deliverables. Provide standards and directions for testing, programming and documentation. Perform sophisticated software engineering jobs under general technical supervision. Follow general specifications provided by manager. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design, develop, implement and maintain client-server applications using C, System C, object oriented programming, shell programming, socket programming, UNIX programming, Interprocess Communication, Shared Memory, Multithreading, C++, Java, J2EE, TCL/PERL, TCP/IP, ATM, UNIX/Sun Solaris, Ultra, Netra and the databases (GDBM and Oracle). Participate in system and database design meetings.
