Description
Activities include architecture design and development, consulting, education, and support for this environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong skills in programming under Windows and Linux and database design. Experience with Linux is critical, including basic UNIX administration skills. Additional skills in multiple operating systems, C\C++, XML, Apache, Coldfusion and J2EE would be beneficial. REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Min. 3 yrs hands-on programming exp. in web technologies within a complex new development environment that included Java, Apache, SQL to relational databases, messaging. Exp. architecting a system or re-architecting an existing legacy system. Must be comfortable operating in a UNIX environment to include expertise writing UNIX scripts. Ability to work in a team or individually. Solid Problem Solving and troubleshooting Skills. General Web Serving Knowledge. DESIRED: HTML Programming, ColdFusion Skills, Unix scripting, PERL, SQL.df-tc
