Description
Successful candidate will join a team of professionals offering software development and analytical customer services to the National Guard, Army Reserve, and other military agencies. This job might require 2-days a week on-site work at the National Guard Readiness Center in Arlington, VA.

Required experience and skills include:
? Strong analytical skills with emphasis on data cleansing, manipulation and anomaly detection.
? Experience designing and implement web-enabled enterprise solution with ASP.Net 1.1/2.0 and ASP.
? Experience leveraging Microsoft Office Web Components to automate PowerPoint and Excel-based presentation of data
? 4+ years of experience developing n-tier web applications with Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net, XML, XSD, XSLT, JavaScript, etc) using Microsoft Visual Studio and SourceSafe.
? 2+ years of experience developing DTS packages
? 2+ years of experience delivering reports with Microsoft Reporting Services
? Solid understanding of SQL Server 2000 programming and data modeling
? Strong verbal and written communication

Desired experience includes:
? Understanding of military HR/personnel and recruiting data and policies
? Strong data warehousing reporting experience
? Knowledge of SQL Server 2005
