Conduct lab usability studies from planning through reporting, including: plan development, data collection, analysis, report writing and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements: Working knowledge of Human Computer Interaction principles, research principles and prior experience conducting usability tests. Must have excellent presentation, listening and communication skills.



This is a contract position conducting usability studies to inform design decisions. This position is for a practitioner that is passionate about understanding the customer experience and can translate those findings to designers and stakeholders
