Description: A nationwide healthcare communication provider is searching for multiple Software Engineers who will be responsible for the design, development and installation of software components. These components will facilitate real-time transactions between their customers and their partners. They will be responsible for the following:
* Working with business analysts to develop milestones
* Designing and developing software according to best practices established by the engineering group
* Assisting the performance group in application tuning
* Assisting the QA with troubleshooting and repairing defects
* Assisting with the release activities

Skills Required:
Candidates must have experience with the following:
* OO design, COM, SQL server, XML, Java or C++
* 4 or more years of experience in server product environment
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Team player who is proactive, self-motivated and works well under pressure
* Excellent oral, written, analytical and customer service skills
