Development Team is focused on the technical implementation of core client's solutions, delivering enhancements to their premier Asset Mangement Frameworkâ„¢ as specified by the client's Product Management Team through the course of the software development lifecycle. The Software Engineer works in a collaborative team environment to develop client's software, following Archer development guidelines and coding best practices. The Software Engineer will work with senior engineers to refine their skills in software development and become familiar with software design concepts.

Responsibilities
The Software Engineer performs a variety of tasks for the Archer Software Development group, focusing on the execution of established technical direction and specifications for the Core Framework and/or Web Tier development teams. The Software Engineer develops software to implement new enhancements and resolve defects in existing software, delivering such software modifications in accordance with client's Software Development Lifecycle.

Specific responsibilities include:
Á§ Executing the development roadmap for the Archer SmartSuite Framework and associated modules and extensions.
Á§ Meeting product performance requirements.
Á§ Maintaining state-of-the-art knowledge of technologies, planning, design, and analysis methodologies.
Á§ Contributing to specific development best practices
Á§ Conducts research to understand the product requirements for products, including target market environment, performance criteria and competitive issues
Á§ Ownership of diagnosing and fixing critical production issuesdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Skills
Á§ Experience in C# and the .Net Framework
Á§ Experience building Enterprise.NET Web applications using C# / ASP.NET
Á§ Knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Á§ Strong HTML / Javascript skills
Á§ Experience building cross-browser compatible .NET web applications
Á§ Experience with database (MS SQL preferred)
Á§ Solid experience with software development tools, configuration control tools, and design quality metrics.
Á§ Bachelor's degree from accredited college in related discipline with 1-3 years or more of professional experience

Desirable Skills
Á§ Solid experience with N-Tier architectures
Á§ Experience writing ASP.NET C# Controls
Á§ CISSP or Microsoft Certifications
