Description
looking for a highly motivated C++ developer to join our team. This developer will have the opportunity to work on industry leading traffic management applications for city streets.

A qualified candidate must be able to work well in a team—being self-thinking as well as able to take direction. We are a very fast moving team, so being able to collaborate with others is required to be successful. There will be many opportunities for improvisation, but all development must stay within the guidelines of the application framework. Given the distributed nature of this product development, strong communication skills are a must. A qualified candidate must be able to express his/her ideas in UML and other documentation so that team members can review. We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

1.Minimum Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
2.Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft Windows applications in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio.
3.Experience with Borland C++ Builder, both current and older versions, is preferred, but not required.
4.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred, but experience with other SQL servers is sufficient.
5.Experience with Web Services is preferred, but not required.
6.Must have experience providing documentation in UML as well as design and test documentation.
7.Ability to commit to full-time for up to 1 year. Conversion to full-time is an option at the end of the contract.
8.Must have good oral and written communication skills.
9.Must be able to work well in a team.df-tc
