Description
Fast-growing company in Southwest Riverside County Temecula is looking for a competent experienced SQL Developer/Report Writer who is proactive, proficient and a great team player. This company has been in business since 1985 and they have been redefining their business and applying technology to gain competitive advantage.

Jr. Software Engineer will be primarily responsible for:
1. Creating and modifying report stored procedures and Crystal Reports
2. Write SQL scripts for client configuration changes
3. Writing support and utility applications
4. First line support for production applications
5. Writing technical documentation
6. Some black box testing/quality assurance

The ideal candidate will be/have:
1. Quick-learner
2. Ability to hit the ground running
3. Become productive quickly

MUST HAVE:
1. Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports
2. MS-SQL Server 2005
3. Working knowledge of C# and SQL Server Reporting Services
4. Change Mgmt tools, such as Visual Source Safe
5. Experience in XML
6. Understanding of infrastructure/network concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Virtual Server) a PLUS

MUST HAVE 1 to 3 years of prior experience in a similar role

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
1. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
2. Knowledge of IT and QA processes
3. Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving mindset
