Position Description

The Senior Software Engineer performs or participates in systems architecture, analysis, design, programming, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation using a variety of technologies in multiple industry domains. Critical skills include: Excellent interpersonal communication and effective problem solving. The right candidate will have several years of consulting experience and a track record of solid professional references. This position requires someone whowill be an effective communicator, able to clearly articulate the company’s vision to the client team, and enforce high standards that will enable Perficient’s strategic company goals and ensure long-term growth and profitability.





Required Candidate Skill Sets & Qualifications



Structured software development expertise in a Java/ J2EE/ C# or C++.
Previous consulting experience working with multiple client companies is a plus.
Exceptional communication/leadership/team building skills.
Knowledge of BPM tools such as BEA or Savvion a plus.
Ability to adapt to extensive travel schedule.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related software oriented discipline or equivalent.
