Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with members of Solaris engineering team to design, create, and build new functionality within the Solaris Kernel.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Writing technical whitepapers, and presentation skills.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Strong background in C programming. Familiarity with how modern operating systems work.Good interpersonal and communication skills,both written and verbal. Able to work independently or as part of a team

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:
Experience with Solaris/UNIX/LINUX internal and device driver development. High Performance Computing knowledge is also a plus. Storage, SATA.x86 Intel/AMD architectures
