Description
Robert Half Technology is partnering with a Cincinnati based company for a Software Engineer to develop and support integration solutions between the clients's Care360/Clinical Portal and client information systems. Use the specifications to design and code integration applications using the appropriate proprietary tools and Integration Engine technologies.
Using simple graphics tools to design/develop document layouts. Develop, execute, and document development efforts and test plans.
Support of production interfaces/integrations.
Monitor and recommend architectural requirements of integration tools and application technologies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High energy level, balanced sense of urgency, creativity, adaptability, decisiveness, and ability to work hard under pressure with limited oversight.
Must have an understanding of application development methodology, knowledge of a multi-tier development environment, and relational database structure and theory.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff and customers.
Ability to interface well with users, technical staff and management at all levels the organizations.
Ability to lead and mentor others to achieve measurable objectives. Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated aptitude and desire for learning new technologies. Healthcare integration experience desired.
Experience with middleware applications preferred.
Ability to manage development efforts across multiple customers.
Experience with Client/Server architecture.
