CDI has an excellent opportunity to work as a Software Engineer with a great team on an exciting project.

CDI is working with a true industry leader to help them find qualified Software Engineers to work on an exciting internal project. The project involves developing features and bug fixes for Enterprise Fusion and Server (excluding the client).
Enterprise Fusion is used by leading corporations and agencies worldwide to build and serve flyable globes to hundreds of millions of users.

Resources will be doing the following: software development maintaining existing software, fixing bugs in C++ on LINUX, new development, adding features and capabilities.

Candidates must have over five years of experience with C++ on Linux. This should include a deep knowledge of C++ and Linux based large scale enterprise software development (strong C++ Linux is critical), enterprise and large scale development
Individuals in the area of geographical or medical imaging or image processing will do well in this group.

Knowledge of Perl and other scripting languages (this is a plus)
Excellent knowledge of practical implementation of large scale algorithms (e.g., image processing) desired
Experience with multi threaded software development
Experience building installers
Desired:
Knowledge of Java, Apache, TomCat, JavaScript, SQL, Qt UI toolkit
Experience developing unit tests
Experience with GIS mapping development a plusdf-tc
