Description
CDI is currently looking for a SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Temp to Perm.

Individual will be working in the R & D department designing and developing distributed system level Windows applications and tools to interface with proprietary imaging hardware.

Responsible for designing and implementing C++ classes.


Job Description:

Work with internal and external customers to define software requirements.

Create design and development plans that address software requirements.

Design and implement distributed database applications that are scalable and that can be used to query and display information and images that have been collected in real time.

Design and develop distributed applications and tools to interface with proprietary imaging hardware using standard network protocols.

Develop software test plans.

Qualifications:

Experienced in multi threaded Windows applications and system level software programming.

Familiarity with design and development distributed applications.

Programming experience using TCP/IP network communication protocols.

Working knowledge of user interface design and web technologies
Proven system integration experience in time critical applicationsdf-tc
