As the Senior Software Development Engineer you will be a hands on leader in this Bellevue-based company.RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble and lead a small development team of both internal and external resourcesIdentify risks and dependencies within the schedule and cross-group feature areasHelp define and lead group coding standardsUse TDD and write appropriate test cases for automation playbackDesign and code a robust and scalable Web based tool set for back office managementDrive code reviews to surface design and implementation issuesMake appropriate design and implementation trade-offsResearch new tools and technology improvements and implement them into the codebaseTake responsibility for the performance and serviceability of productsProactively identify and resolve customer/partner and quality issuesDeliver quality product on time
