We are seeking a Software Engineer for a 6-month contract in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Enhancements to Expungement System
- Enhancements to Case Plan System
- New Development for Dr. Burke's Assessment Tool

Requirements:
- Possess minimum seven years of advanced Java programming experience.
- Be able to read and comprehend the existing Web based applications written in Java.
- Have the ability to write advanced Java code within the framework of the existing applications.
- Have experience using Struts and JSP
- Have experience in Ibatis or Hibernate
- Use functionality that provides communication to pass data to and receive replies from outside data sources
- Possess a high level of system design skills
- Have advanced knowledge of Oracle database
- Be experienced using Rapid Application Development tools
- Be experienced using MQ Series
- Have advanced knowledge and experience working with WebSphere application server
- Be experienced using tools such as jasper report or Apache FOP or XSLT
- Have some knowledge using Active X
- Have knowledge and experience using Web Services
