Description
Perform software engineering activities on C2BMC Programs. This includes software analysis, software requirement specification, software design, software code/unit test, unit integration, and build integration.



Experience in C++, C, Ada, FORTRAN, Unix based systems, and/or PC based systems are desired. Experience in object oriented analysis/design is a plus.



Some travel may be required.

General Position Description
Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems software. Determines computer user needs; advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.

Typical Minimum Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
