Here's what you'll get to do:

* Translate high-level feature proposals into executable plans, design documents and technical architecture
* Work cross functionally throughout the organization on strategies and deliverables that will drive business feature set across the entire all product lines
* Coordinate development activities between on-shore and off-shore teams

Here is what you'll need to be successful:

* At least four years experience successfully managing software development - particularly off-shore teams
* Current hands-on development experience with C, C++, Java
* Recent hands-on experience with open source development languages (LAMP)
* Strong mathematical or statistical background preferred
