We have an immediate need for a Software Engineer with active clearance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CDI Business Solutions currently has several openings for Software Engineers with an active FBI or DOD security clearance for a long term contract opportunity in Rockville, MD.

Candidates will need to have the following to be considered:
2 years experience each of the following:
- Experience with COTS integration activities
- Experience with Web services development including application Servers, Web Servers, and messaging frameworks (eg JMS)
- Experience with Java, XML, and associated Web services technologies (WSDL, UDDI, etc.)
- Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system and component level design
- Experience with multiple phases of the system life cycle

1 year experience each of the following:
- Experience with the Eclipse IDE
- Experience developing automated test scripts with products such as Junit and DBUnit
- Experience with JBOSS Middleware products
- Experience with BPEL and/or other workflow technologies

Description:
Need 6 System Software Engineers to Support the Next Generation Identification (NGI) program by designing, implementing and testing a large COTS based system for the FBI.
- 40 hrs/week
- No Travel Required
- candidate must have active Secret, FBI or DOD (dept of defense) clearance
- Ideally candidates will be local.

Job Duties:
Job Duty 1 - Work in a team environment to successfully design and implement software components
Job Duty 2 - Collect requirements
Job Duty 3 - Write code
Job Duty 4 - Perform unit and system integration testing
Job Duty 5 - Deploy software

Basic Skills Required, Years in each skill: 2 years each of the following:
- Experience with COTS integration activities
