Ajilon is seeking a Software Engineer to work on the development, introduction and application of software to respond to customer requirements and to cost-effectively provide a means of analyzing, producing, distributing and storing information. Responsibilities include:

Plan, conduct or coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines.
Conduct or coordinate complex analyses and develop recommendations based on sound engineering practices and business considerations.
Serve as consultant to management and customers regarding advanced technical studies, their potential application and the resolution of complex problems.
Manage or coordinate major engineering projects of substantial impact to the company.
Proactively develop and implement measures to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience/Skills
Required skills include:
Specialist in the Ethernet TCP,UDP, IP, ARP, RARP, ICMP, IGMP, TFTP, FTP, SNMP, and the SNTP Protocol
Specialist in the Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP
Specialist in the Modbus RTU/ASCII serial protocol
Specialist in DNP serial and DNP TCP protocol
10 years of embedded C programming experience
1 to 3 years of embedded C++ programming experience desirable
Experienced in Ethernet network analyzers
Freescale (Motorola) Embedded PowerPc Processor experience
Ability to use oscilloscopes
Ability to use debuggers
Must conform to a defined coding standard
Must work in a team
