Firmware Software Engineer needed to work on all phases of SW Devlopment of embedded SW for cable set top boxes. Primary responsibility will be in development, debug, testing and maintenance of driver and system level sw. BS or MS in CS, CE or EE . SW developer with experience in C/C++ and embedded system application required. 5+ years preferred. Experience with MIPS processors a +. Familiariy with MPEG, Video/Audio/Graphics, USB, Ethernet, Firewire, hard-drives and/or cable modems a plus. Proficiency with standard test and measurement a plus.
