Role: Implementation Manager (2 openings)

Overall responsibilities:
The IM will be responsible for leading the development efforts of a matrixed team of professionals that includes:
o A dedicated Project Manager
o A dedicated Implementation Manager
o SW development team that averages 3-6 people
o Dedicated Test Lead and a test team comprised of 1-2 people
o Systems Engineer that is responsible for communicating the business requirements
The IM will be responsible for following a SCRUM / iterative approach to development.
The IM may be asked to contribute towards to the development of his/her projects.
The IM will lead or contribute to daily status meetings to ensure projects are on time. This will include managing scope creep and recommending effective change management strategies.
Provide both technical guidance and general professional support to ensure that you team members are able to achieve the assigned tasks.
Work with the systems engineering teams to help define additional functionality that can be built into future application releases.
Partner with other implementation management peers for application integration purposes.
Contribute towards the career development of your team, which may include ensuring that your team has a positive work experience.
Provide and implement recommendations for process improvement.
Ensure a high quality product.

Experience/Skills
Job Requirements:
BS/MS Degree, with a preference in Computer Science or SW Engineering
Must have 7+ years of overall software development experience
Must have 2-3+ years of experience managing software development teams
Pervious .NET Web Based application development expertise is highly desirable (.NET 2.0, C#, ASP.NET, SOAP, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Studio.NET, SQL 2005, etc.)
Must have experience in the creation of development plans (resource allocation, task assignments, status, etc)
Enthusiastic
Willing to go the extra mile to make the project better
