The qualified individual will be a key participant within a team environment in the design and implementation of the business intelligence strategy for our clients and will work with business users from various functional areas. Candidate will support data modeling, data sourcing, data validation and data mapping, to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Position Requirements

Good grasp of business intelligence, data warehousing and decision support system concepts
Strategic thinker; strong analytical and business judgment skills
Ability to translate business requirements to service solutions
Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting with the team
Working with client staff and third-party partners to extract available data
Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, engineering, and testing phases
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skillsdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience

BS in Information Management or Computer Science, or similar degree
3 - 5 years of expertise in requirements gathering, systems analysis, solution delivery methodologies, and data warehousing technologies
Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies
Effective interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with critical thinking ability
Highly motivated, success oriented, organized and strong work ethic
Knowledge of IT accounting/audit system functions and business processes strongly desired including terminology and coding
Client financial system implementation experience, or experience in a accounting software installations is desired
