CCCi has an opportunity for a Software Licensing Asset Management Analyst with our Large Energy client in Charlotte , NC . The responsibilities will include researching and tracking software licensing terms and conditions; managing software license tracking; conducting software license compliance reviews; contract entry and administration in Upside contract management tool; upside contract management tool administration; interact with Purchasing and IT software product line owners in managing software license environment and responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Also, he/she will be identifying risks and issues, suggesting alternatives that lead to best solution, reviewing and communicating contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met; preparing and disseminating information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications and assisting other users in use of Upside contract management tool. 3-5 years experience working in Information technology with a preference for experience in software license asset management is required by customer. Required: Associates Degree. Candidate must have strong interpersonal written and oral communications skills, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and proficiency using Microsoft Office software suite required. He/she must have the ability to work closely in a team environment and as a self-motivated individual. Desired Experience: 3-5 years of software licensing asset management experience, experience using and/or administering the Upside contracts management tool and experience maintaining IBM, Microsoft and Oracle licenses.
