Description
Duties and responsibilities include Wise scripting, extensive Operating system work, hardware certification, wireless system setup and disk image development and maintenance. Consults with business area management and staff on the usage of end user computing and PC/Workstation based LAN systems and hardware, PC/Workstation data and systems security (e.g., passwords, access rights, etc.) recovery and back-up procedures. Evaluates, maintains, modifies and documents PC applications packages, participates in the testing and evaluation of new PC packages, implements prototypes, and consults with clients on selection of packages and equipment. Develops screen designs, logic and procedures to provide more efficient operations and utilization. Monitors project status from start to completion.
