Description
Our Portsmouth client is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract. Responsibilities:• Review and Analyze Functional Specifications and/or related documentation for the software product.• Executes Test Scripts, manually, and identify variations from expected results • Trouble-shoot problems identified, and communicate results through the issue tracking system• Develops, Publishes, and implements test plans of all variations, including some Automated Scripts• Retest bugs and properly identify potential impacts on other system components (for retest)• Work closely with developers to discuss features, software design and implementation strategies (as well as defects, resolutions, and project plans / activities)
