InfoStretch is looking to hire Software QA and Test Automation engineer who will be responsible for implementing test automation for functional testing using tools from Mercury or Segue.*

  • Programming knowledge with C, C , Java or any other programming languages is required*
  • Knowledge of Mercury/Segue or Rational test automation tools (QuickTest, SilkTest, Quality Center, Winrunner) is required*
  • Awareness to Software Development and Testing lifecycle*
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills desired*
  • Well versed with Internet technologies and infrastructure*
  • Outstanding written and oral communication Skills*
  • MS in Computer Science is requiredJob Role*
  • Design and develop automated test cases for Oracle and BAAN ERP Application.*
  • Work with product architect and offshore project lead to set up test environment, define and execute test cases, and report defects.*
  • Interact with clients, understand project requirements, apply InfoStretch methodology to develop test cases, adhering to client defined processes and templates.*
  • Define test data required and perform manual testing of assigned test cases.*
  • Use InfoStretch Automation Framework to develop automated data/keyword driven regression test cases using SilkTest, WinRunner, or Quicktest for testing of packaged applications (BAAN,Oracle).*
  • Execute automated test cases for regression purposes on multiple platforms.*
  • Evaluate newer tools/technologies to continue enhancing InfoStretch automation framework.df-tc
