IT at Nike is over 900 professionals working on the most advanced business applications and e-commerce capabilities in the industry. For instance, our ERP utilizes SAP and Siebel, with SeeBeyond ICAN/e*Gate as the integration layer for all our Supply Chain applications. And that's just one example of the dozens of upgrades and improvements currently underway.

As our Software Quality Assurance (QA) Lead within Enterprise Services, you'll provide work direction and day-to-day coaching for the QA staff. You'll design, implement and enforce software quality processes and standards. You'll also work closely with our Application Engineers and other departments within the Project Management office to analyze system requirements in order to create test data and plans that ensure new and revised systems meet business needs and create an overall understanding of the applications being supported. This opportunity also involves providing QA support to the development, maintenance or enhancement of systems through testing, problem reporting and analysis. In addition, you'll participate in system implementation and enforcement, using QA processes and standards.

Requirements for the position include:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field

- 5 years' experience in Information Technology

- 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree

- 3 years' hands-on experience testing enterprise applications, including SAP

- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership/supervisory role

- Experience authoring comprehensive test plans and test scripts

- Experience with automated testing tools is preferred (i.e. Mercury, Rational, Winrunner)

- Experience testing or developing within any of the following technologies is preferred: Visual C++, VB, Visual Interdev/ASP, Active X, COM+, ODBC, OLEDB, Win32 APIs, MS SQL Server, Java, JSP, JHTML, Oracle, Solaris, Flash

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
